Greater Resource Group is comprised of diverse professionals who wish to contribute their skills to advancing the work of nonprofit and other socially-conscious organizations. In addition to providing freelance, part-time and full-time job positions at various Greater People partner organizations and within Greater People Company, Greater Group assists its professional members with creating a cohesive career path and gives members the latitude to partake in perks such as health benefits. Greater Group utilizes market wage calculators to determine fair rates of pay for employees and independent contractors; however, workers may opt to donate hours for in-kind services, or volunteer their talents.

With increased flexibility and a genuine appreciation for the diverse talents participants bring to the program, Greater Group is more than a staffing agency: it is another means for individuals to reach their ultimate potential and feel fulfillment in the process.

Greater Group participants log their hours directly via GreaterGroup.org, thus simplifying the invoicing process.
